David Dand - Founder & Director
David Dand is the Founder and Director of Coreus. He spent over 15 years inside HR and recruitment at global organisations including EY, AXA and Roche, before building the consultancy he wished he'd had access to as a client. His expertise sits in leadership assessment and cultural fit, the parts of hiring that decide whether a senior appointment works or quietly costs a business for years. He is CIPD Advanced HR Level 7 qualified, a licensed career coach and accredited in Hogan psychometric assessment. David founded Coreus to help ambitious SMEs compete for talent in skilled, regulated markets where the right candidate is rarely on the open market. He lives in the South Downs near Brighton with his wife and their three children, and is a committed sports fan and traveller.
