Founder

David founded Coreus, a specialist Talent Acquisition consultancy dedicated to helping ambitious professional SMEs overcome recruitment challenges and drive growth.


He has decades of experience in HR, holds a CIPD Advanced HR Level 7 and is a licensed career coach certified in applying and interpreting personality assessments.


David lives in the South Downs near Brighton, UK, with his wife and their three children. His passions include music, travel, and sport.

Geoff has 20 years' recruitment experience, including in-house, RPO solution design, agency recruitment, and management.
